Shipping Policy

WHISKER HUT'S SHIPPING POLICY

At Whisker Hut our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse will then process the orders, which could take an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery is not currently offered. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur such as product inventory availability, United States orders are shipped by USPS, which stands for US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4-7 days to arrive but in unusual circumstances, it could take up to 14 days to arrive at your shipping address.

While our products are shipped from within the United States, in rare cases it could take up to 14 days to for you to receive your order. Upon any unexpected delays, you will be notified via email. We will strive to give you as much notice as possible if this occurs.

Within 3-4 days after ordering, you will be provided with a tracking number along with a link to follow the progress of your expected delivery date. If you have not received your order within the allotted time, you should contact us directly via email at support@whiskerhut.com.

Return Policy

 

At Whisker Hut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, unused and in its original packaging. If the item that you ordered was received in damaged condition, be sure to indicate that in your return request. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requesting a Return:

If you would like to initiate a return, follow these two easy steps:

1. Contact customer service via email within 30 days of receiving your item at support@whiskerhut.com. Include your order number in the email. 

2. Once your request has been received, we will email you a return shipping label with the return address. You can then print the label and affix it to your package. Please note that shipping costs for the return will be at your expense and will be deducted from your total refund. It is recommended that you include a photocopy of your packing slip and use a traceable shipping method with insurance.

Refunds:

After we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time depending on your bank or credit card servicer. Once the refund has been processed by Whisker Hut, you will be notified via email immediately.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

Exceptions/Non Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products and personalized items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
